The Bible teaches that Jesus is the Senior Pastor of the church (1 Peter 5:4), including our local church. Therefore, our elders submit to Jesus, meet the biblical qualifications for church leaders (1 Timothy 3:1-8; Titus 1:5-9), and are called to lead our church with eager joy (1 Peter 5:2-3). Our elders are accountable to one another, to the membership of our church, and operate in partnership with the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
